01How long is each Eden experience?
Signature Eden experiences are two hours unless otherwise stated. Extra time may be available as an add-on when scheduling allows.
02What types of occasions can we celebrate?
Eden is designed for date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, proposals, reconnecting, and other meaningful moments for couples.
03Can I customize the décor?
Yes. Eden offers several personalization and décor add-ons. Select available options during booking and include special instructions where needed.
04Are snacks and refreshments included?
Light snacks and refreshments are part of the Eden experience. Additional celebration items may be available as add-ons.
05How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Earlier booking is recommended for popular dates and times.
06What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled time for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 6 hours forfeit 50% of the booking amount.
07What if we arrive late?
Your experience will still end at the originally scheduled time so Eden can prepare for the next guests.
08Can I add flowers, cake, balloons, or personalized décor?
Yes. Available add-ons include roses, cake, balloons, name signs, floral upgrades, proposal features, keepsakes, and custom color/theme personalization.
09How do I pay?
Complete payment securely through the Square-powered booking/payment step. Eden will never ask you to send card details by email or an ordinary contact form.
10How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive confirmation after the required booking information and payment are successfully completed.
