  1. Booking Policy

    Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking information and payment are successfully completed.

  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 100% refund. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled booking time, Eden forfeits 50% of the booking amount.

  3. Arrival & Timing Policy

    Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled experience. Late arrival does not extend the reserved end time because Eden must prepare the space for the next couple.

  4. Behavior & Respect Policy

    Eden is committed to a respectful, welcoming environment. Guests must behave appropriately and respect Eden staff, other couples, the facility, décor, furnishings, and equipment. Unsafe, abusive, destructive, or inappropriate conduct may result in the experience being ended.

  5. Personalization / Add-On Policy

    Custom requests and add-ons are subject to availability. Guests should provide accurate personalization details during booking. Changes requested close to the appointment may not be possible.
